We have two depictions of the action at Drewry's Bluff outside of Richmond and one photo of the modern-day site. A depiction of Josiah Tatnell, the last commander of the CSS Virginia, a photo of the USS Pittsburg and a depiction of the action at Plum Bend. The photo of the USS Pittsburg gives us a good idea of what a city class ironclad looked like. The photo at Drewrys Bluff is one from my personal collection, the park today has some pretty impressive earthworks and gives you a good idea of the strength of the position.
