Here we have two maps of the battle of Arkansas Post. We have a depiction of the fighting at Springfield, a photo of Joe Hooker and a depiction of the mud march. We also have a monument at the site of the Bear River Massacre. Erected in 1932, the verbiage on the monument is a little suspect, claiming it to be a battle rather than a massacre.
